Our commissioned notary public are on staff and ready to help you get your business and personal documents notarized quickly and efficiently. We will be able to help notarize your wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits and more.
FEES:
$10 per notarial act
Mobile Services Available: $20-$50
Electronic Notarization: $25
Official Witness: $10
Loan Closing Agent: $85-$150
What to Bring?
Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary.
(a) Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID and all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.
(b) Your documents are complete and ready for signature.
(c) Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Contact us prior to your visit to determine if it can provide additional signature witnesses.
(d) If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
WEDDING SOLEMNIZATION
Basic Wedding Package $60.00
The package includes:
- Official licensing forms and instructions

- Notarized Legalization of Marriage by Wedding Officiant

- Mobile Service Available (travel fee may apply)
What to bring:
- Both individuals must be at least 18 years old, and show some form of identification (state driver's license, state ID or passport).
- Both applicants must have proof of residency.
- have proof of identity, age, and residency.
- Your social security numbers or passport if not a US Citzen
- If either applicant has been divorced within 6 months, a copy of your divorce decree is needed.
- Just the date of the divorce is needed if more than 6 months have elapsed.
- If you are not a resident of the great state of Florida: No wait period, blood test or witnesses required
- Florida residents are required to wait 3 days
- Ask us for local courthouse locations
- Fee to apply for a Florida Marriage License: $88.50
Skip 3-day waiting period
We offer the Florida Premarital Course for $24.99 for both of you.
Florida marriage laws allow Florida couples to skip the 3-Day waiting period if they complete a 4-hour premarital course that has been approved by the county that they plan to apply for a marriage license in. Certificate holders will receive a discount on licensing fees.
